About the service
TutuPromo matches promotion work and settles it through escrow: one side posts a job and freezes the budget, the other completes it and submits proof, and the credit lands once the work is accepted. Credit can be spent across the Tutu suite, transferred to others, and cashed out where that is available.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Fake engagement, forged proof, trading with yourself, and unlawful or infringing promotion content are all prohibited.
Published and generated content
The advertiser is responsible for the content of a campaign, and you must follow each platform's own rules when you post there. We review against the acceptance criteria stated in the job, and we do not guarantee any particular result.
Availability
We work to keep the service stable but cannot promise it never goes down; maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control may make it temporarily unavailable. Money already frozen in escrow is not lost when that happens.
Changes and termination
We may change features or these terms, and significant changes are announced in the app. You can stop using the service at any time; stopping does not affect escrow trades already under way, which still complete under the rules they started with.
