What we collect
Account details from your TutuID (email and display name), the jobs you post or take, the proof you submit, your balance and transaction history, messages exchanged during a dispute, and the access logs we need to spot fraud. We never collect full card numbers, CVV codes or bank passwords.
How data is used
Only to match jobs, review submissions, settle balances, handle disputes, and detect fraud and money laundering. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for ad targeting.
How data is protected
Sign-in is handled entirely by TutuID, so this platform never touches your password; sessions use tokens that expire. Sensitive details such as payout methods are stored encrypted and only decrypted at the moment of settlement.
Retention and deletion
You can delete the campaigns you posted at any time. Account deletion can be requested by email; records tied to money are subject to statutory retention periods and are deleted once those periods end.
Third parties
Sign-in goes through TutuID and balances and settlement go through TutuPay, each under its own privacy policy. Local payment channels used for cash-out receive only what is strictly needed to complete that payment.
